To help you stay organized, I have outlined some key dates below. Although I will send task reminders to all of you, I encourage you to also note these program dates in your preferred calendar system.

Lighting talks must be confirmed by August 15th at the very latest. |

Poster Presentation Information
Poster Display Specifications: Posters will be tacked to a large poster board on-site. They will be displayed through the lobby for the full duration of the conference to allow for viewing and discussion.
- Display must be no larger than 4ft x 4ft.
- Must be original information
- Should include your contact information. If you are a student or early career job seeker, we recommend setting up a QR code to link to your CV. The QR code can be displayed on or next to your poster.
- Printing: If you do not wish to travel with your poster, Fed Ex Davis can print for you. They can be emailed at: usa5112@fedex.com
Lightning Talk Information
The lighting talks should be no longer than 1-minute in length. We will have a timer clock on stage to help you track time. There will be three groups of presentations on Wednesday at 11:25 a.m., 2:10 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.. The presentations will occur on-stage with 1-2 slides as an opportunity to draw attention to the research and encourage participants to visit the poster displays.

Session Structure
Your session will begin with a welcome from your session chairs (cc’d here). They will introduce the session and each speaker before their respective presentations. Presentations will take place back-to-back. Following the final presentation, there will be a group Q&A session, facilitated by the session chairs.
Please note that you will have an allotted time to present during your session. As you continue planning for your presentation, we ask that you be mindful of your allotted time to keep the program on-time and to be fair to the other speakers.
Speaker Durations:
- Invited Speakers: 17 minute presentation (excluding Q&A)
- Applied Speakers: 12 minute presentation (excluding Q&A)
